of this application or the foster contract can result in the forfeiture of any

Action Pet Rescue animal fostered by me.

I understand that by signing this form, I agree to release and covenant to hold harmless Action Pet Rescue and its members from any claims,

damages, costs, or actions incurred as a result of the care or actions of the animal.

I accept full responsibility for the animal(s) actions at all times,

and release Action Pet Rescue from any liabilities or damages that may be incurred as a result of fostering such animal(s).

I agree that Action Pet Rescue is not liable.

I understand and agree to pay reasonable attorneys fees and court costs in the

event this matter is forwarded to an attorney for outside enforcement.

In the event the undersigned breaches any of the above conditions

the undersigned may be subject to legal action including but not limited to

damages and injunctive relief together with reasonable cost of said services.
